Hi, my name is Devin and I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! I grew up with a Shetland Sheepdog named Lexi, who was a cherished member of the family and treated as such! From a young age, I learned how to care for her, and became intently attuned to her individual needs. The positivity she brought to my family instilled a love for animals that has inspired me to this day and I’m so grateful I had the experience of knowing her. As an adult, I have worked for several years as a canine technician for StarMark Animal Behavior Center in Hutto, as well as an animal care specialist for Dog Boys Dog Ranch in Pflugerville. My background has provided me with a solid foundation of experience in light grooming and nail trimming, light training (such as leash training, etc.), professional dog walking, administering medicine and aid, and much more! Not every pet sitter can say that they have a love for animals, as well as the professional experience to back it up. I can provide both, and I do it with a level of customer experience that is unmatched! As a person and as a pet sitter I am trustworthy, caring and diligent in my work. I show up ready to work, on time, every time, and view myself as an extension of my clients’ families—someone they can call on to step in while they’re away. I communicate regularly and make sure I understand their exact needs before starting any kind of care. As far as the pets go, every pup is different and connecting with them happens after first building trust. I take my time and make sure they are comfortable with me before the client leaves to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable.
