Loving Dog Family with Cozy Home!
Pet care experience
We would love to have your dog over for a play day or overnight, whether for your work day or a vacation! We are a dog-loving family and have had such great experiences with Rover sitters that we'd like to give back. Your dog is in good hands with us, no doubt about that!! Between the two adults, we have about 25 years of pet care experience primarily dealing with large breeds, but we have love for the little guys too. Our daughter is waiting until she's a little older to have a dog of her own, so she's eager to help when she's not busy with school and other activities. Big fenced-in yard, daily walks if able, free space in the home to roam, and lots of pets and belly rubs...did we mention yummy treats too?!

Jasmine had the BEST day at Devin and Hailey’s house with their dog Matzah! We received so many pictures updates which all showed Jasmine was having the best day with everyone. She is one happy and tired dog now! We’ll definitely use Devin again!

Our dog Cashew had a BLAST at Devin's house this past weekend! We got a ton of picture/video updates which we loved, and when we picked her up it was clear she had a great time and was well taken care of. The communication was great and we highly recommend!
Devin and his wife Hailey were great with my dog Luna. I was in Fort Collins for work and didn’t want to leave Luna in the hotel all day by herself. I booked 3 doggie daycare sessions with them. Between the photos sent and how happy/ tired Luna was afterwards, I know they treated her like part of their family. They were both super responsive and flexible with pick up / drop off times. If Luna and I are in the area again I will definitely book a daycare session just because I know how much fun Luna had with them. Highly recommend!

We love when you bring something from home to comfort your dog in a possibly uncertain new setting, but we will love them and treat them as if they were our own. We love couch cuddles, and enrichment games, and we have even been known to give up one side of our bed so that a pup doesn't break its routine of sleeping next to its owner ;)

We strongly recommend a "meet and greet" prior to committing to sitting for a dog. This is a great step to ensure that your dog, our dog, and our family will all get along. There are unfortunately some instances where we may need to decline a request or a future request if the meet and greet or an interaction does not go so well. We have to enforce a "zero tolerance" policy toward any aggression, purely for the safety and comfort of your dog, our own dog, and our energetic elementary child who is often zipping/jumping/singing/being a kid. We also enjoy the company of a robust neighborhood full of other children and have elderly parents who visit on occasion. If you feel uncertain about your dog being able to tolerate any of the above, we may not be the best fit for you- but we know that there are plenty of sitters on Rover and are grateful you stopped to take a look at our profile either way!
A typical day
The world is our oyster here in beautiful Colorado! We can stroll around the neighborhood or head into the woods for adventures. Our yard is the prime spot for Frisbee games, sunbathing, or just watching the friendly neighbors that pass by. **Please let us know if there are places or activities you would prefer we not do with your dog (i.e. dog parks, hikes, sporting events, car rides, etc)

One of us works from home full-time, and the other works part-time so we have plenty of freedom to make your animal feel loved, comfortable, and safe. And our own hound dog Matzah is a loving, nurturing, and tolerant co-sitter who lets your dog jump right into the family!
