I've owned dogs and cats for the last 10 years and spent 2 years as an apprentice dog trainer specializing in socialization and behavior modification of primarily reactive, large breed dogs. I live a very active life style and would be more than happy to take your fur baby on a run or a hike as opposed to just a walk if you need to burn off some excess energy. I share my life with my Staffy mix Tina and strive to give her as many amazing adventures and kisses as possible. Tina is a beloved part of my family and I will treat your babies the same.

My dog Tina is incontinent so she's taken out into our fenced in yard approximately every 2-4 hours and then we try to do an off-site adventure every other day - a hike in the mountains, a run, a trip to the beach or the Delaware River

If your dog has any special needs, reactivity of any kind (resource guarding, leash aggression, reactivity towards other animals or humans) please let me know. These are all things I'm comfortable working with and would be willing to do my absolute best to accommodate!
A typical day
I enjoy playing fetch in our fenced in yard, going on hikes in the mountains, and if your dog is so inclined I know of several fantastic spots in the area for them to swim in the warmer months. Plus lots of affection and positive affirmations throughout!

I work as a bartender but I have a flexible schedule so as long as you give me some notice I can make myself available to take care of your babies.
