Pet care experience
I grew up with a dog (Spitz), and I have volunteered with the Seattle Animal Shelter, where I walked dogs as well as assisted/cared for dogs with special needs. I have worked with multiple breeds, including huskies, pitbulls, dobermans, and dalmatians. I enjoy training pups and teaching basic dog skills (and more, if needed).

Deven was great and very attentive to my boys needs as well as keeping me informed while visiting. Took great care of the boys as one needed time to warm up to him.
Deven came over for a practice session with our dog before we left town for the holidays. He was very accommodating with our schedules and asked great questions that made us feel comfortable that our dog would be well cared for.
Deven walked, fed, and gave meds to our dog several times while we were away. He was very communicative and gave our dog a lot of attention. We appreciated his willingness to learn our dog’s routine, especially since he is reactive and has anxiety. Definitely would recommend Deven for any dog needs!
Deven was everything you could want from a Rover - punctual, thorough, kind, and attentive. I have a special needs cat, and he regularly updated me on his status with photos and videos, and went the extra mile to ensure that my cat got the care he needs. Highly recommended!

I have a balcony with a real grass patch for use in addition to dedicated potty-breaks and walks (at least 4 outings a day). For client visits, I follow instructions on custom feeding, medication and extra love. Always happy to send you photos of your baby to keep you updated on their activities!

Information Deven N. would like to know about your pet
I would like to be briefed on all relevant aspects, starting with any medication, allergies, known issues, likes, dislikes, and things that startle them. I would like 2 contact numbers if possible, and if applicable their doctor information. I live in a carpeted apartment with pet access to couches, so doggies staying over will need to be clean. I will be washing/wiping their paws after each outing. Any special treats? If your pet is reactive to humans, then I am sorry, but I will not be able to care for them.
A typical day
All dogs are different, and I would try and provide a customized experience wherever possible. I like playing games with them, petting them, or giving them their space as needed. I generally have some kind of music playing in the background. I live near the waterfront and a dog park, so outings will occur multiple times in a day. I take multiple pictures throughout the day, which are available to the parent. Video calls are also possible.
