I am an experienced dog owner, dog lover and dog sitter that enjoys taking care of family and friends' pets. I live in Jersey City directly across the street from the beautiful Arlington Park. I love going on walks with dogs and spending time in nature. I work from home full-time and will be home during the day (along with my chow chow pup) to help keep your dog entertained. Your dog will have access to my spare guest bedroom and extensive living area. Your dog will be in a comfy loving home while you are away. I look forward to meeting your dog baby!

Deven and his doggie were perfect hosts for our pup while we were away for the weekend. Deven was flexible, caring, and sent us photos of the dogs’ adventures. I’m so happy the dogs got along well and tired each other out, and he made sure to give them plenty of exercise. Even though our dog doesn’t have any special care needs, it’s clear that Deven would be on top of any required care. You can tell he’s a dog lover!

What to let me know: A) Your pups feeding schedule (including portion amounts for each feeding) B) When your pup is typically expected to poop C) If your pup suffers from social or separation anxiety on any level D) If your pup is likely to eat small twigs, branches or debris while on a walk E) If your pup should be put in crate overnight for sleeping F) If your pup has anxiety around children, skateboards or loud street noises What to pack when you bring your pup: 1) Enough food for the duration of their stay 2) Food bowl (I have bowl for water) 3) Dog treats (pups under 1 year or high energy breeds should have a chew toy or two packed) 4) A few of your pups own toys to help them feel more comfortable in a new environment
A typical day
A typical day with me and my pup Lady will include multiple one-on-one indoor sessions that include ball-fetching and belly rubs. These sessions may also include your dog playing tag with my dog indoors. Additionally, since I live across the street from the beautiful Arlington Park in Jersey City, daily activities include a controlled walk around the park.
