Pet care experience
I have owned dogs my whole life and have been professionally dog-sitting and walking since I was about 13 years old for friends, family, neighbors and through outreach such as this. Unfortunately I can't do cats because I am very allergic. I have a dog of my own, he is a 2 year old West Highland White Terrier who loves all dogs and people and he is my best friend! I love helping people and building relationships with those in my life, and hope to do so with the families that I work with through Rover.

I have a dog door that leads to a large fenced in yard that comes equipped with a cute Westie who loves to play with other dogs. My dog sleeps in a kennel at night, but if yours doesn't, that is not a problem. I will feed on your pups schedule if asked. My house has plenty of fun dog toys to play with and I will provide walks and playtime.

I would need to be informed of the dogs typical eating schedule and amounts of food, their typical sleeping arrangements, any medicines or dietary restrictions, their commands, etc. Anything and everything that you can tell me about your dog will help me to make their experience with me nothing but the best!
A typical day
I am a firm believer in getting dogs outside for play time with a ball or toy, long walks to physically and mentally stimulate them, as well as playing games with them for mental stimulation. I have a couple of the doggies games that you put treats in for them to figure out how to find. I love walking dogs around town and to the parks. I don't like to take dogs to dog parks because I think that they can be unsafe, and I wouldn't want something to happen to your dog on my watch.

I do work full time, but can be fairly flexible throughout the day. As we move into the colder months I have most weekends available. Please message me before booking a service. I try to update my calendar often but things change sometimes. I always try to respond to messages as soon as I can.
