Pet care experience
I have loved and cared for dogs my whole life. After about 20 years of petting every dog I saw and begging my parents, finally about 6 years ago I convinced my family to get a dog of our own and I will never go back! I have experience taking care of both large and small dogs. My family has an 80 pound pitbull mix and I have a 26 pound French bulldog. But I love all dogs big, small and in between and am comfortable caring for any breed or size. I have experience giving dogs medication if needed, bathing, walking, feeding and crate training.

I live in a dog friendly apartment downtown, I often take my dog on walks by the river or at The Point. My apartment building also has a fenced in dog turf for quicker bathroom breaks! I am comfortable having the dogs play openly at my apartment or crating your dog if needed (mine no longer uses a crate). I would prefer to watch over night at my own home, but I am happy to come over during the day to walk and care for your pet as needed if not over night. Dogs are family in my eyes and will be treated as such! I will love and care for your pet like my own and make sure they have a fun, safe and loving environment to be in while they wait for their favorite humans to come Home!

A typical day
Working from home all day, I look forward to getting out of the house with my dog and enjoying time outside on a walk or playing (when it isn’t too hot!). Being home with my dog all day is great, but since I spend a lot of that time working I do make sure we make plenty of time to have fun and make sure he is stimulated and not bored all day.

Availability
I work full time from home so I have plenty of time to make time for walks and around the clock care. I currently walk my dog about 1-2 times a day (he is not great in the heat), but at least take him outside every 3-4 hours during the day.
