Pet care experience
I love animals of all kinds and I am looking forward to taking care of your pet whenever you need me to! I am a lead at a dog and cat daycare/boarding facility where I make sure all pups and cats are happy, safe and well taken care of. I am also recently certified in K9 First-aid and CPR! I have babysat some cats and dogs in the past and taken care of some farm animals. I have lived with animals ever since I was a baby, including my three dogs Gizmo, who is a shih tzu chihuahua mix. Doo, my 7 year old Cairn terrier mix and Samoa who was a Yorkshire Terrier Mix, my 8 year old cockatiel Mango and Guanabana, my 1 year old green cheek conure. I have also trained my dog Gizmo myself to become a service dog. I have my A.A. in Psychology and am working towards getting a bachelors and then I want to get a Masters in Counseling in order to work towards becoming an EMDR therapists and somehow merge that with being an animal assisted therapist.

Destiny is a true animal lover. Very communicative - sending us updates everyday and quick to respond when texting. She was very respectful of our house and left everything in good order. She also came through in a big way when our flight was delayed and was able to stay and make sure everything was taken care of. We felt our fuzzy kids were in good hands!
Destiny was amazing! My pups loved her and she took amazing care of my home! Was great with communication and was very flexible with schedule and meet ups! Will be booking with her in the future!
Destiny did a great job!!! We came home to very happy dogs. We will definitely use her again!

When working with your pets I will make sure that they are as happy as can be and I will give them as much love as I can! I will make sure that they are fed, given water and medications (if they need any) on whatever schedule preferred that works with my own and make sure that they get the right amount of play time or exercise that they need and of course as many cuddles as they want!

If your dog is reactive in any way and to what extent, what their likes/dislikes are, do they have separation anxiety, what are their favorite things to do, if they are potty trained, what commands they understand and if they are up to date with vaccinations or do they need any types of medications.
A typical day
Normally when I would go on adventures with Gizmo, my go to place was the mountains. I normally go to Chief Hosa, Genesee or Lookout Mountain, but sometimes we would just explore and just go towards any mountains. I would also like to go out to parks and walk around and play, chase and/or play fetch and maybe learn some new tricks.

Availability
At my daycare, my usual hours are Wednesday-Sunday 2pm-8:30pm. If you need me to drop in between for an hour I can definitely prioritize a time! I am normally off on Mondays and Tuesdays so I can spend as much time with your pets as you’d want on those days!
