Pet care experience
I have grown up my entire life around animals, especially dogs. My mother used to breed West German bloodlines of the German Shepherd Dog when I was younger and I received lots of hands on experience with training dogs and working with individual personalities! I have a passion for animals and their well-being! I work at a local clinic as a Veterinary Technician. I plan on moving on to a degree in Zoology. My availability will stay very open and I am very flexible, as well! I am very particular about the care of my dogs and I want to be able to spoil your dog as well! My dogs have three water bowls throughout my house that are cleaned daily and refilled twice a day. I have baskets of toys that are regularly sanitized, and I frequently check a dog's pads for any damage after rough housing and running.

The worst . Came home to a huge mess , no way the dog was taken out. Left instructions to leave the dog in the room, didn’t do that. She had an attitude when asked simple questions, definitely won’t be using this ever again.
Desiree provided excellent companionship to my 2 senior ladies while we were out of town. She kept me updated with pictures, too....even though I was only gone for 1 night. I felt confident leaving my house under Desiree's watch and would welcome her back any time.
Desiree has been my number one person to take care of my dog while I work long hours or have to travel to Tennessee for work. She watches after Bentley for me whenever I ask, without hesitation. Her and Bentley have an unbelievable bond and I know Ben would be heartbroken if he never got to see her again. I'm extremely fortunate to have someone as patient and loving towards dogs as she is. She told me she is starting classes in August to become a Veterinary Assistant to continue her passion and make it her profession.
Desiree is an incredible caretaker for dogs, yours or her own. I've personally seen her with her own dogs and others, she is more than qualified to take care of any animal you could think of but most importantly she loves dogs with all of her heart. It's amazing to see someone love and care for dogs the way she does. You'd be incredibly lucky to have Desiree look after your special friends.

I love taking my dogs to nature trails and even going to the trail that is inside my neighborhood! There is now a dog park in Swansboro that is very cute and has a lot of frequent visitors that I would love to take your dog to after getting them registered for the park!
