Desiree was a great sitter! I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her and she was flexible about pick-up and drop-off times which I greatly appreciated. I also got an update on how my dog was doing. I'd definitely leave my pup with her again.

Desi was our dog sitter for 4 years. We have Great Danes of our own, plus we foster for a rescue. This means our needs changed with the foster(s) coming through our home. Dealing with giant breeds also means understanding health concerns and risks associated with the breed, such as bloat/GDV. Desi never flinched from learning our Danes' needs, nor from alerting us to issues including behavioral changes or health concerns. Because of her attention to details, she was able to alert us that our male had begun to act oddly during her visits. This enabled us to catch and correct some behavior issues early on. She then helped us implement a new regimen suggested by our behaviorist in order to ensure the issue was rectified. Desi's duties varied from simply letting our dogs out and then feeding them, to a few overnight stays. Initially, we had two Danes, but with fosters it could be as many as 4, and for a few months even a litter of 7 puppies! Never once did we have an issue nor complaint about her care, nor concerns about our property. We trust her implicitly. All of our Danes and fosters have loved her and were always excited to see her, which speaks volumes in our opinion. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for our Danes, nor a better friend!
