Desiree helped me out when another house sitter had a conflict. She was able to quickly respond, offer a timely meet and greet, and was obviously a kind, responsible, experienced pro. While I love to use a sitter I have used before, because I already know they are trustworthy, I do realize that there are many times when plans are last-minute and those great people I already know are unexpectedly unavailable. I would recommend Desiree as a go-to housesitter and pet sitter. She was able to quickly ascertain what my needs were and how to manage the responsibilities of taking care of my home and my pets such that I had absolutely no worries during my 3 day weekend away. When I returned home, it was as if I had never left. The animals were totally calm ( including a very sick cat), the house was completely in order, and that’s exactly what I hope for in a service like this. I would recommend Desiree as your primary housesitter / pet sitter as well as a last minute replacement or second person to call. She was trustworthy, capable, and completely came through for me. Isn’t that what we all really want?

Desiree has been wonderful over the past month getting to know our sensitive pup Hilda. She is very cautious with strangers and take a bit of time to accept people into her circle. Desiree has come over 4 times to walk Hilda and feed her and has rolled with the punches of all of Hilda's quirks! I know the pups are looking forward to their stay with Desiree soon!
