I have grown up with and taken care of dogs or cats most of my life. As of last spring, we lost our family dog of 15 years, and her void is still felt today. I have thought of getting another dog, however I am not quite ready for that level of commitment, so I have been filling my fur-baby void by walking my neighbor's dog for the last several months. I forgot how much I missed having little paws join me! Which has brought me here. I have boarded dogs for friends in the past and thought that this would be a great way to spend time with someone else's furry family member without the long-term commitment of owning another dog. I think of it as being the fun "auntie"! Come and hang with me while mom or dad take some time for themselves or need someone to watch their pet on short notice due to an unexpected trip or an extra-long day away from home. I work remotely, so no worries about morning or mid-day walks and frequent potty breaks, and I live close to two parks to play in. There is a lot of love and attention waiting to be shared with your fur-baby when they stay with me.
