Hi, my name is Desiree! I work from home so I specialize in all-day care for your pup (young and old) in the comfort of your home or mine. I am able to provide your pets individualized attention (only one family per day) for up to 8 hours a day, walks or drop ins or overnight. Will provide insurance details upon request More about me 😊: I’ve owned dogs for over 20 years now, and in the last 2 years I have been a member of our regional AKC Chapter: K9 Obedience Training Club, along with my own dog Lunabelle who’s training for her Canine Good Citizenship Certification (CGC). I myself am not a trainer, but have been trained by my kennel club in proper dog handling skills and cues to be on the look out for in dogs of all ages and sizes. I also am certified in Cat & Dog First aid! For fun times, I have a fenced in backyard for your and my dog to run around in. If your dog is a walker we can take an stroll around the neighborhood, with a park a walk a way. As animal lovers, I know we are all wary with who we can trust our family pets with. My family dog of 17 years taught me that I was an animal lover; but fostering and adopting Lunabelle taught me how much I love to nurture and care for all animals.

Desiree was awesome! I booked with her a few days before a holiday and had a video call with her in place of an in person meet and greet. She was very communicative and my dogs were happy when I got back. Thanks Desiree!
due to a very busy work day I completely forgot to request a walk early in the morning today as I usually do to give Desiree a heads up in advance , then she said she could stop by today & i was so busy at work still that i forgot to confirm and finish booking but Desiree was kind enough to wave any last minute request fees and came right by although i kept dropping the ball . So so relieving as a pet owner to know you have someone you can really rely on 🥹🥹🥹🤍🤍🤍
Desiree did amazing job with my little Buddy when I was away. He had some appetite changes, and Desiree was patient with him and made sure he was able to eat. He is well rested and content after his stay. I appreciate how caring and kind Desiree is with my little pup. 😊😊😊

I have a fenced backyard and my own 4 year old 20 lb beagle mix who’s great with dogs of all sizes, if doing a boarding stay, our dogs will be able to play as long as they want together or separately outside and after a quick paw wipe down, come back inside to relax. Whether in my own home or yours I will ensure your dog gets the attention he or she needs whether it’s a companion to sit next to, someone to throw the toy around with, or taking them outside for an adventure. Lunabelle is a great dog’s dog, but If doing a boarding stay at my own home I require doing a meet and greet (or a short stay prior to a full day stay)with Lunabelle and your dog so you as an owner can feel more assured that our dogs will get along and enjoy their time together.

If there are any special requirements or needs, your dog is in need of, I will be happy to support in anyway. Such as allergies, medication needed, separation anxiety, things that frighten them, energy levels, training needed, and favorite toys!
A typical day
I love to make sure that dogs are sufficiently stimulated physically and mentally. I use a lot of mental stimulation games with my own dogs, including lick mats, treat puzzles and sniffing games.

Availability
I work full time remote from home so I can be fully attentive to your dogs needs during all hours of the day including walks 2-3 times a day a lot of outdoor solo and interactive play. It’s important to note, I share a house with my husband (pictured), equally a dog lover, who will be able to care for Lunabelle (our dog) if your pet needs more specialized 1:1 attention from me.
