Pet care experience
I have grown up always owning a pet. I currently have 3 dogs: Uxie (rottweiler mix), Butterball (mix), Jane (rat terrier mix). I am a CVA2 and have a CPR certification. I worked in a veterinary clinic for four years, which I just resigned from to go back to school. I previously worked at a pet boarding facility for three years and a dog daycare for two years. I also volunteered with the Houston Humane Society in my free time. I have worked with dogs of all sizes and demeanor. Dogs are wonderful companions to have around, and I will treat yours like I would my own. I offer dog walking, dog over night boarding, daycare, and drop-in visits. I can also perform bathing for dogs. Bathing can be performed upon request. If you have a pet that needs medication, I have experience in administering oral medication, topicals, and injections. I look forward to any requests or questions anyone may have. :)

I was nervous to his being my first time using Rover but Desiree was great and her dogs were a warm welcome for my doggie.
Desiree has been so great! My girl has some reactivity issues so I'm always anxious about handing her off to another person but Desiree handles her well and even gets up early to take her out when there are fewer people around!
She’s amazing, indisputably!
Desiree was wonderful with our dog. She was always punctual and spent a lot of time with her.

A typical day
Depending on your dogs activity level/needs, I can provide walks around my neighborhood. Usually, when I get everyone in the backyard, they chase each other. They love to play fetch, so that will be in the mix!

I'm currently only attending school part time, so I have plenty of free time to pet sit/walk your pets! I have a pretty flexible schedule.
