Pet care experience
I have 10 years of experience with my own disabled dog which has provided me the opportunity to learn how to tend to both puppies and senior dogs. Some skills include: - Provide dietary accommodations - Stick to a strict schedule (outside, inside, play time, feeding time, etc) - Administer oral medication - Create new games and experiences for disabled dog without walks, with gentle mental games, and reducing overstimulation - Keep a watchful eye on behavior - Train puppies and older dogs (potty train, leash / walking, provide mental stimulation, learn commands and tricks like sit / lay down / stay / paw / dance / jump / go to bed) - Provide positive re-enforcement - Create a safe and loving atmosphere All dogs are different - some need extra cuddles and extra play time, while others need more space and quiet time to relax. Every dog deserves a high quality of life and to have their needs respected. For more photos and videos, head over to my Instagram @nautidoggies - looking forward to booking with you soon!

My girls love Desi’s visits, and she is dependable and accommodating.
Desi always sends great pictures and I enjoy seeing my girls get play time in when I’m away. Thanks!
Desirae is flexible in scheduling, and sends me a slew of pictures each time she visits!

Availability
I usually work Monday-Sunday as needed. My common work hours are 9am-8pm, special requested hours can be accommodated upon availability. I can’t wait to come visit your dog(s) for some extra attention, walks, playtime, and training. Benefits of walks and home visits: - Reduces your dog’s anxiety during the day - Provides enrichment opportunities for your dog - Creates a strong bond between you and your dog during training practice - Reduces energetic dog’s need for play when you get home, AKA more time for relaxing cuddles after work - Walks can provide a 30 minute time of quiet for you during your day to make that important phone call or take some self-care time
