I work full-time from home, and have flexibility with drop-offs and pick-ups M-F. My pup and yours will hang in our large home, backyard, at local parks, and during our daily walks! I allow for dropoffs or pickups to be as early 7am and as late as 9:30pm to accommodate a wide range of availability for clients. Single Client at One Time IMPORTANT IMPLICATIONS FOR CANCELATION Since I only allow one pet at a time, my cancelation deadline BEFORE services start, is within 7 days of the booking start date. Canceling services already agreed upon, ONCE SERVICES HAVE STARTED, or the deadline to cancel has past, will generally not be allowed (unless this conflicts with Rover's policy), as I am unable to fill a potential client during the days that were already reserved for your pet. Of course, there is always extenuating circumstances, so each request will be reviewed carefully. Please keep in mind that Rover has its own set of rules we sitters have to abide by as well. LATE POLICY (over an hour after the time you estimated for pickup) Please ensure you are estimating pickup times as accurately as possible when scheduling. 1. Your pet(s) love and miss you and are very excited to be with you again! 2. I plan my own life around these pre-determined and agreed upon times with each client. I want to respect your time as well as have my time respected. 3. Rover doesn't allow for late fees. Communication is key here and there are extenuating circumstances that will be reviewed.
