Pet care experience
I grew up with 2 dogs who we took to training and learned how to care for them at a very young age. Where then I moved to a hobby farm in Stewiacke and had 4 sheep, which are sort of like big dogs, and then a dozen hens and turkeys and the farm dog Milo. My brother moved to BC in the last month and has actually asked me to watch over his cat while he's gone! However I have a roommate so she doesn't need to come with for house sitting.

Desirae took great care of our dog during the ten days we were abroad. Even went to buy some toys we forgot to left, and sent us news and pictures. We definitely recommand desirae.
Desirae is a very trustworthy and compassionate person with a strong work ethic. She spent her junior high and high school years working her way up the ranks in army cadets. After graduating she enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces. Growing up with not 1 but 2 rescue dogs in our family, she learned how to play with them, feed them and take care of them. Desirae loves dogs, (all animals really) and would be a great person to take care of anyone’s pet.
Desirae has always been an animal lover. During our childhood, she was always with our dogs. She was the first person to take them for a walk, fill their bowls, and play with them for hours outside. Since then, she’s taken care of multiple farm animals, including chickens, sheep, and even an emu! She’s always put the animals first, and took great care of them regardless of the weather! You can absolutely trust her with your fur babies!

If I was pet sitting in your home, I'd obviously go by your house rules! When to feed the pet, take them out and such. If there more active I find that better, I love tossing a ball with the past pets I've looked after. It's a nice change from Puku, my cat that just likes to sleep.

A typical day
We'd wake up and immediately go for a walk, (growing up especially with older dogs the excersise before breakfast helps with the appetite!) We'd have breakfast and depending on the weather, tug of war inside or fech outside. And each time I walk the dog I like to go different paths so the pet doesn't get bored.
