Pet care experience
I have always been an animal lover/owner. All of my personal pets(dogs/cats) I have raised since they were puppies/kittens. Currently my fiancé and I have our Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Yamper. He is 18 weeks old and the light of my life! I work well with high energy dogs, as I have one of my own! 🤪 I am up for any challenge and I would love to help take care or animals while their owners are away. Every week I have Saturday, Sunday and Monday off from my day job as a Salon owner/Hairstylist. My schedule is pretty flexible and can leave during the day. This allows for feeding, walks, and most importantly play time! A good day to me is when I have seen a dog in public and have been able to say hello and give pets! I respect animals and animal owners. I am a very understanding person and would love nothing more than to love your animals as if they were my own while you are away!

Deserea is SO great with my dog (sometimes I think he likes her more than me…)! I never have to worry about him when he is with her. She’s reliable, dependable, trustworthy, & totally understands how crazy I am about him because she’s a crazy dog lover too! She is always up for playing with him and making sure he gets the exercise he needs. If you’re looking for someone you can rely on that your dog will fall in love with - Deserea is your girl!
I can’t say enough good things about Deserea. My nine year old lab has dementia and is easily confused or agitated by others that are not me. She went above and beyond to always make him comfortable and put my head at ease with him in her care. Thank you so much for all your help with Chevrolet!

My home that we own is puppy/dog friendly! We have our own little guy at home so everything is already puppy safe! We have a great yard that we love to play with our pup in. We also take him on a “hike” every Sunday, easy of course(he has little legs!) We always keep him on a leash unless in a closed-in area of course. We have designated areas for our pup to play in so no chance of getting into anything unsafe!

A typical day
With my Corgi, Yamper, we love to be outside playing! We like to go on walks at Beech Hill Preserve, go to the beach to bark at the waves, go to pet quarters and pick out new toys, love getting a pup cup at the ice cream stand near by, we love to do puppy puzzles and we also enjoy chill quiet time while chewing a delicious bone!

Availability
I have my own pup at home so everyday we wake up at 5:30 and start the day with lots of play and exercise. I like to bring him to my salon with me for the morning then I bring him home around noon/1pm for play and some crate time. I am out of work by 5-5:30 tuesday-Friday. I have Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays completely off from my day job. This allows for weekend boarding, or dog sitting at your home! I’m very flexible and can work with your schedule!
