Keeping your pets safe in my care
Pet care experience
I have taken care of my cousins dog before throughout my life. Only recently have I become serious about caring for other people’s pets for about a year. I absolutely love creating a cute little friend and helping owners feel at ease with leaving their pets in my care. It can be hard to leave them and I do my best to reassure their safety and comfort as my priority. This includes lots of pictures and updates on their day or any behavior that I find unfamiliar.

Desere was very kind and friendly. She sent me status updates every day with a picture. I felt very comfortable having my puppy stay with her. I would rehire her again.

5 out of 5 stars!! My dog was well taken care of and Desere was very helpful with my dog’s medication and very sensitive to his special requirements!! It’s unfortunate her partner is a Green Bay Packer fan though… … but will book again, regardless lol :)
Desere is an amazing care giver of sorts. If she is ever in a challenging situation, she is never one to give up; and will continue to do any job to the best of her abilities. Not only is she great with people she’s amazing with dogs and is always determined, focused, very kind and gentle. Desere is always ready to listen in on details and ready for any of your specific needs no matter the complexity.

I create a loving environment for dogs to feel safe and loved. I provide many walks and attention with every dog that is in my care. I also provide extra requests from clients. Which can include things like watering the yard while you are away or bringing in the mail. While caring for your pet at the same time. I go above and beyond to help anywhere I can.

Understanding a dogs schedule is important. For example, knowing what time they are given medication or when feeding time occurs. Helps me continue their current routine. I would also like to know what each dog likes or doesn’t like so I know what to expect when taking care of them for the first time. An example of this would be if they get car sick or scared of other dogs. It helps me be aware and avoid potentially bad situations. By the end of every pets stay I always like to give the pets I care for a pup cup as a happy/sad goodbye treat with the owners consent.
A typical day
A typical day includes lots of walks. Having fun with toys and visiting parks. Putting that energy to good use by running or just playing around.

I am currently a college student. A full time job would take time away from school. I’m passionate about caring for pets and it truly is enjoyable for me.
