I have grown up with both dogs and cats my entire life, usually two of each at a time. I’ve had the joy and privilege of taking care of both for decades including my own, my family’s, or my friends’. I currently have a 3 year old cat named Apple who gets along great with people, dogs, and other cats.

Derick is the best and would be a great option to watch any pet! He is a gentle and caring pet owner himself who would go above and beyond for anyone and their pet. He is our go to pet sitter for our two dogs anytime we need to go out of town. Our one dog is reactive and nervous towards people yet loves Derick and is comfortable anytime he comes over. Derick is definitely someone I would recommend to watch my pet! He has grown up with both cats and dogs and treats his own cat truly like his son. He is an extremely caring and patient person and will make sure your pet is well taken care of. This includes walks, entertaining them and updating you with photos during their stay. I have a spacious one bedroom apartment occupied by just myself and my cat, so any animal would have plenty of room to relax in their own space. Although there is no yard, there are nearby areas that I can walk to easily.

I currently work full-time Monday-Friday, about 9am-6pm, but live only about 10 minutes away and so come home for an hour lunch midday. I am available in the mornings and evenings after work.
