Pet care experience
I've owned dogs since I was young! I've been a runner since I was young! I love animals and I love excercise so I decided to put my two loves together! If your dog needs the exercise, I'm your guy! I can take your furry friend to the park for a run or I can stay in your neighborhood, whatever works for you! I've watched friends pets for them before in the past and their pets always hate to see me go, so trust that your pet will have a great time with me if you choose me to be your sitter! Derick is probably the best sitter I’ve had in years of using Rover. Not only is he prompt and reliable, what really impressed me was his problem solving ability when an issue came up. Derick adapted seamlessly, communicated the issue and what he was doing to address it, and followed through. Can’t say enough great this about him. Would not hesitate to book again.
Derick got along so well with our five cats! He has a great energy and is a natural with animals. He kept us updated with photos and had excellent communication the full week we were gone. Will definitely be booking again!

I'm a very quiet and private person! You don't have to worry about me taking your pet anywhere that's not safe or around people that are not safe! If I sit for you if will ALWAYS just be me and your pet at your home, NEVER anyone else! When I'm with your pet they are my TOP priority! I put their safety as my highest priority!

Let me know what kind of breed you dog is ahead of time so I can gauge how long of a run/walk we should go on. I prefer high energy breeds that would love to run long distance. When it comes to food preferences, serving preferences, time preferences, and medications, please let me know before hand or leave a message with that information and I will be happy to accommodate.
A typical day
I will be taking your dog on the best runs/walks ever! We'll either run/walk through you neighborhood or a near by park! I will make sure they get all the exercise they need for the day! When house sitting there will be lots of playtime to make sure they're getting all the attention the need and lots of cuddling to make sure they get all the love they need!

I have a open schedule as of right now, so I can dedicate a whole day to your pet! If you'd like me to take the for a run/walk in the morning and come back again in the evening that works for me! I'd love to hangout with your pet all day!
