Pet care experience
My first job as a kid was watching a neighbors fur baby. In the past few years I have been helping friends and family with boarding at my residence. Now in my adult years I am looking to make a passion for animals a full time career.

Deric took on our three dogs while we were away for a night and felt so secure that our babies were in good hands! We met up for a meet and greet where took the time to introduce himself to the dogs to make sure they were comfortable around him and he asked so many questions to ensure that he could give the best care possible. His energy was great, you can tell that Deric is a true dog lover, and we hope to have him watch the dogs for future needs!
Deric is an exceptional care taker! Deric’s interactions with our dog, and the interactions I have witnessed with his own pups, are testament to his care and love. With Deric, your pets are family! The environment provided is safe, playful, and spacious for all your pets needs!
Deric is a great dog dad. He is very active with his labs. I would highly recommend him and trust him for watching you pets!

Murphy and Birdie are loving, energetic labs. One of their favorite past times is running outside and through the woods. During the summer we get tons of lake time and lots of swims. We go for leashed walks around the lake which lasts about 30-45 minutes. My dogs are part of the family meaning they are allowed on the furniture and get all the snuggles they could ask for. We love to play with the assortment of toys and do tricks for yummy treats.

A typical day
We’ll get lots of physical exercise with play time outside in the yard or walks around the lake. Let’s not forget mental stimulation from the new smells we have living in the woods.

Availability
I currently work full time (around 35hrs a week). My schedule starts early around 6:30-7am and I’m home by 3pm most days. The two loving labs I have get up early with me and go out 2-3 times in the morning. Once I am home we go on outside breaks every 2-3 hours.
