I like big dogs and I can not lie!
Pet care experience
I have taken care of all kinds of dogs for as long as I can remember. I have walked, watched, and stayed with neighbors dogs family dogs, and friend dogs. I also take care of my dog at home. Being a Newfoundland he is quite a handful and I think if I can take care of him I can take care of any dog. I love dogs and I can proudly say my dog is my best friend. I love to be outside and be active with them as well as laying on the couch and being lazy on a cold night!

Derek is so great with our Newfoundland, Karl. He can handle him no problem on walks (he’s 135 pound dog) so Derek is completely comfortable with large dogs - and he is great with small dogs too! Derek is very respectful and responsible and gives lots of love and attention to any animal he is taking care of. I highly recommend Derek - he is fun, caring and will be there when he says he will! Your dog will love him :)

A typical day
I love to play with dogs outside and stay active. A nice sunny day playing fetch or walking around the neighborhood is about as good as it gets. I also love a little tug o war with the pups!

Availability
I am a student at Clemson so I am reasonably busy throughout the week but I do not have much going on during the weekends or after school hours. I do have some holes during the day where I can make visits as well.
