I am an Ecological Researcher that sometimes must go for periods of months with no work. So what do I do to fill my free time? Play with dogs! I have worked in a doggy day care where I looked after 15+ dogs at a time. Also I had a dog for 6 years. I am signing up on rover instead of the day care, so that I might have the freedom of taking dogs out hiking. I love all sizes, and shapes. I will cater the dog sitting stay to meet your dogs specific requirements! I am back in Durango again for my second winter season working at Purgatory as a snowsports supervisor and instructor, and I would love to spend my freetime making a couple extra bucks, but more importantly, getting my own dog fix. The place I live in now will not allow any pets, so I have to get some dog time in somewhere.

I am an outdoor enthusiast, and love going for hikes with dogs! I prefer to be outside with our best friends hiking as far as a dog may need. I frequently take trips to the dog park, and will play with the dog as long as it's in my care. The only time I like to be indoors is if the weather doesn't cooperate, or if the dog is an older one and requires more rest than activity.
