Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was kid. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I currently have 4 dogs that I have all trained. 2 are rescues and 2 are bird dogs that love to play!

We were so satisfied with Derek's care for our dog, Ivy. In the past when we took her to a sitter she would get very ill the following day after picking her up. This time she was perfect! Last night she was happy and healthy! We received several pictures during our vacation and a video of her playing fetch with Derek outside. We will definitely use Derek's services again.
We suddenly needed a boarder for our 8 month old puppy and were a little anxious about it. Upon meeting Derik, he put our mind at ease immediately. He has a nice fenced in yard where dogs can run and play. Every picture he sent us showed a very happy active puppy. We will definitely be using Derik again!

I have 2.5 acres and over an acre of that is fenced in. I also have a pole barn that has indoor/outdoor kennels built in. I also have room inside my house to crate dogs or I can put them in a guest room with a gate in front of the door for safety while I am not home.

A typical day
Your dog will get plenty of exercise in the 2.5 fenced in back area. Your dog will also go for walks and have the chance to play fetch if that's their thing!

I am a teacher and am home every day by 3 pm. I can let puppies out during my lunch break if more frequent bathroom breaks are needed.
