Pet care experience
Our 16 year old French bulldog passed during Covid and we are missing a good doggo in our lives. We grew up with a house full of pet family members and love all doggie personalities. We love having friend's pets over when they are out of town and used Rover ourselves to find boarding for Chauncy when we're out of town. We currently have a friendly black cat. We live in Greenpoint, a short distance away from waterfront walks and a longer distance away from McCarren Park if your dog has the stamina. Let us know if you have any questions.

I could not have asked for a better experience. My dog has separation anxiety and it makes leaving her very nerve-racking. Derek and family were fantastic. I got tons of pictures and they dealt like pros with all of my dog’s little weirdo quirks. Highly recommend!
I couldn't have been happier with Pinkie's stay with Derek and his family. Pinkie's an old dog, 17, and can be nervous with strangers. Derek made him feel at home, made sure he took his meds and welcomed him into his family. He kept me informed and it made my time away far more relaxing knowing he was in such safe hands. A great experience, I can't recommend him highly enough.

A typical day
We’ll take your dog out for walks at least 3x a day. We love walks along the waterfront. If your dog likes a pot of exercise, we have a few dog parks in our neighborhood. At home, your dog can chill while we work from home.

We are both work from home and enjoy being active so your dog would get plenty of exercise. We also have a spacious balcony and rooftop for sunning.
