Pet care experience
I have several years of experience as a professional cat sitter, dog walker, pet sitter and doggie foster parent. I enjoy my clients going away as it gives me time to bond with their fur babies. I've worked at a Veterinary Hospital as a Veterinary Technician for several years now. Occasionally I do hiking trips in groups of 6 or less. Medication Administration is definitely something I am educated on and comfortable with doing as needed. I have experience with both small and large dogs. I always schedule a meet and greet prior to booking to make sure your pet and I are a great match. Love to hike, and explore, and find trails with the pups. Willing to work one on one with your pet and build a bond. I really do love working with pets it’s a passion of mine.

Dennise started taking care of my kitties Ollie and Nigel earlier this year and she's been great. Communication is easy; she texts me informative updates every time she comes, often with hilarious photos ;-) Everything is always so clean (esp the litter boxes!) when I come home. She's worked with animals for quite a while and often has good instincts when it comes to their behaviors. It's nice to know my guys are in good hands when I go away.
Dennise has done a great job caring for our elderly cats when we have to be out of town- including meds when needed. She always sends an update/pics to let us know things are going well and it definitely helps put us at ease when we have to be away. She also has gone above and beyond in terms of making sure things are in order with food, litter, and trash- sometimes in better order than we left it. :) I definitely recommend her!
Dennise it the most loving, caring and responsible dog walker/sitter. She pays extra attention to our dog and goes above and beyond to tell us about their day and adventures (it's always a fun adventure). She is quite literally the opposite of lazy and sets the bar extremely high. After using her, I compare any other sitter to her because her service is A++++. She treats your pet as her own and her service is unmatchable!
We hired Dennise to take care of our cat on numerous occasions. Dennise was always very responsive, responsible, communicative, and very competent. She took extremely good care of our cat, taking the time to play with him and even take him out for a walk. She sent us pictures daily. When our cat became ill she administered medication without any problems. I trust her and would use her services again without hesitation.

I do have a fenced in yard, but we hike a lot. All dogs will be on a 20-30 ft long lead until proofed and consented for off leash. If I have any concerns and or questions, I will reach out time appropriately.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs such as geriatric hips/legs, blindness, sensitivity to noises and sudden movements, reactivity, leash pulling, and or aggression. These are all important things I must know in advance to ensure safety for both your fur baby and myself. Thank you
A typical day
I love to explore the outdoors this includes beach strolls, hiking trails and or mountains, or fenced in yard play. I have a structured routine that enables me to ensure my dogs and mentally and physically fufilled. I use relationship based play to create a bond and structured lay out of training. I will implement these things with clients dogs as well. I make sure to keep it also as close as possible to your routine with your pet and can also give a few tips and recommendations if you wish to ask.

My availability has currently changed, I am not approving new dog boarding requests . However, I am offering dog walking Monday through Friday at this time. For those of you seeking Cat sitting visits specifically , I do that Sunday through Saturday.
