He was (i) communicative (e.g., confirming before visits were scheduled to begin and sharing pictures during visits), (ii) reliable (e.g., arriving ahead of schedule), and (iii) mindful of my cat's particular needs (e.g., having several meal options available, watching cat tv, etc.).
