I live in a modern, very dog friendly, 2b2b apartment, in a safe neighborhood. I work at a tech company in the loop and I live with one of my best friends - so your dog will get unending love from not 1 but 2 girls! I grew up around dogs; my family had two Boxers and we lived around other homes with large yards. In addition to taking care of my own pups, I often walked my neighbor's dogs and dog sat. In 2015, my brother got a Labrador puppy and I have been helping take care of him since he was 3 months old. He is now a huge 3 year old who thinks he's still very little. There are great photos of him on my profile. Whether you want me to walk or dog sit, I will be kind, loving and respectful to your dog. I will follow your directions, and any rule you have in your home, I will make sure to abide by. However long I get to spend with your dog, they will be my biggest and most important priority the entire time. I know it's a huge deal to trust someone with your pet, and I will do everything I can to make them feel safe, comfortable, relaxed and cared for. If your dog is active and full of energy, we'll go on long walks, run, play fetch and with toys. If your dog has less energy and wants to relax, we will watch TV, hang out, rest, I will pet them and show love. I have a very comfy couch and they will be allowed on any furniture they wish. Overall, I'm gonna be incredibly excited to get to meet and hang with your puppy. PS. I live right next to the train (red/brown line), a bus stop, very close to a Target (among other conveniently located stores) and across from an animal hospital. Also my calendar says I'm only available to host dogs overnight over the weekend; but I'm more than happy to host overnight on weekdays as long as you can pick them up/I can drop them off before 7:30 am because unfortunately I can't bring them to work.
