Miso's stay with Denise was ok. Denise was very responsive on the day of the drop-off, but I reached out to her the next day to check in but didn't hear back until hours later which caused a bit of worry on my end. I also asked for photo updates but throughout the whole stay (four days), I only received two 3 second videos where I could barely see anything. On the day of pickup, I let Denise know what time I was going to get there because I was running a little late which she was understanding of, so I appreciated that. However, when I arrived she wasn't there, so I picked Miso up from her husband who was also very nice. Overall, the experience definitely could've been better, but Miso seemed to have a good time which is all that mattered.

There was a bit of a hiccup but overall was recovered quickly. She updated us of our pets status regularly, walked them even at her inconvenience, and put them to bed like her own. She even changed the battery of one of our pets AirTag. Denise did a great job in taking care of our pups. Thank you.
