Alicia Denise was amazing with our three very energetic labs. She sent photos of them playing and having fun in her yard while we were away which put our minds at ease about leaving them in a new place. When we picked them up they were happy and healthy. She responded immediately to all text messages, even talking to me on the phone to ease my nervousness about how Rover works before we booked (this was our first time using Rover). When I realized that I had entered the wrong time for pick up, she was very accommodating and took care of the change in Rover for me. We will definitely use her for our next trip!

Alicia took such great care of our dog and two cats for 3 weeks while we were away! We are always anxious about boarding our pets for extended stays, but they warmed up to her immediately. She was very mindful of creating a comfortable environment for the cats in particular, who take a bit more time to adjust to new people and places. She also took our senior dog on plenty of walks, and she sent photos throughout their stay. She was very reasonable and accommodating with us too, and I felt at peace with leaving our furry babies in her care. We had a great experience with Alicia, and we would definitely book with her again!
