Pet care experience
Dj and I are identical twins, we've been caring for many types of animals our entire lives. We enjoy and will watch all types of animals, though Dogs are our fave! We love all sizes and breeds. We currently have 1 cat, 4 finch, and a large dog named Burkley (Great Pyrenees/Healer mix). We are responsible, fun-loving twins. We have compassion for animals, are trustworthy, and have integrity. At the age of 12, I (Denise) rehabilitated a very insecure, unsocialized dog, and enjoyed every minute of it! We don't mind the "dirty" work that comes with caring for animals, nothing makes us feel more satisfied than to have clean cages, litter boxes, yards, etc. We've also had experience of caring for sick or injured animals, giving medications and preparing special diets. Denise and DJ stayed for 2 weeks with our dogs as we traveled to Europe. They were excellent with our 2 standard schnauzers, understanding their quirks and updating us with entertaining pictures. It was comforting for me to know the dogs were in good hands especially after our family member had an accident and had to have surgery in Spain. Our return date was day to day as we awaited her surgery and recovery. Denise and DJ assured us that they could stay on a few extra days should we need them. I know who to call for our next trip!
Denise & DJ were absolutely fantastic. The daily communication and photos were incredibly helpful, while we were away. We will continue use them if they are available.
Denise and DJ took great care of our dog Remy. It was the first time leaving him and also first time having pet sitter stay in our home. We most definitely would do it again! Even though I was a little apprehensive leaving him, I felt comfortable and assured they would follow the instructions I left… which they did. Remy was happy to see us when we came home and didn’t show any negative signs of being without us for the week we were gone. Thank you both for taking good care of Remy and for replying to my messages quickly and sending me pics!
Denise and DJ were a joy to meet. They watched Joie in our hotel room while we went to a holiday party. They were attentive, loving, and kind. They have a vast knowledge about dogs and training. They took amazing care of Joie. We will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them for dog sitting. They were awesome with our baby.
