Your pet's medical records, including vaccination records A recent photo of your pet that clearly shows their features and markings Any other documents that are specific to your pet, such as a pet insurance card Emergency plan of care, and wishes Pets: Name(s), Age(s), Behavior (likes, dislikes, what causes anxiety or aggression, etc), Meal plan (amount, timing, location) Dietary restrictions (allergies, intolerance) Medications (name, amount, timing) Potty breaks (preference, timing, location, etc… for instance, my dogs refuse to go to the bathroom if they are on their leash - weird right? Tell me that stuff!) Playtime (loves, likes, dislikes)

I’m happy to accommodate any play with your pets. I personally have a dog who loves to cuddle and sit outside in the sun… and a puppy who plays with his stuffies, playing fetch, and keep-a-way. I’m here to play (or cuddle) on your pets terms. Isn’t that the way it should be? ?
