I cannot say enough good things about Denise. She was so communicative and accommodating, coming to meet me to pick Edgar up and drop him off when traffic delayed me. She was so loving, sent me hilarious and sweet messages with updates throughout the stay. I truly felt like Edgar was with another family member. highly recommend!

Denise was amazing! We were very hesitant to leave our dog with anyone and this was our first time using Rover. Tasha is elderly and recently had surgery but we had rented a non-refundable place that did not allow dogs. Denise sent wonderful and detailed updates with pictures. She gave Tasha sponge baths and helped wipe her eyes without being asked. She also gave twice daily medication. Denise was very empathetic to our concerns and very responsive to our questions. She even realized our dog would be anxious about the fireworks on New Year’s Eve and recommended an anxiety pill for her that we typically use for long car rides and had left in case Tasha was nervous in a new place. She took our dog’s energy levels into account regarding how much to walk her each day. We are so grateful! We would use her again in a heartbeat.
