Pet care experience
I am a dog mom to a 8 month old greyhound puppy and have grown up with Labradors and Rhodesian Ridgebacks in the US and overseas my entire life. The help I’ve received from friends and family to watch and walk my own puppy when I have other commitments has made me want to give back to other dog parents in need of temporary dog care. I live very close to both 4 Mile Run and W&OD trail and if your dog stays with me they will love exploring these two amazing trails. Your dog will also have a friend and close supervision in my house with my greyhound puppy. I work for the government, have an active Top Secret security clearance, and am as trusted as it gets!

Demetria was awesome! She learned quickly how to take care of our special medical needs dog (drops, injections, special diet) and it showed. He was so comfortable with her care. 100% recommend her to anyone!

Demi is the greatest to work with! Her dog Luxor is well behaved and works well with other people and dogs. Luxor is small but mighty, and enjoys being a coach potato when you want to chill out but also a big fan of the outdoors! Luxor is super easy to take care of, and I would enjoy watching him again.

I have a massive green space behind my house that is unfenced and live next to the W&OD trail and 4 Mile Run if your dog enjoys long walks in nature. I can let your dog roam free in my house, or can keep them crated intermittently if you desire. If your dog is staying with me, please be aware that my puppy is playful and small (10 lbs) and will love having a friend to play with.

A typical day
Stimulating dogs mentally and physically is so important! A tired dog is a good dog & I can make that happen through checking out smells on walks, lots of fetch, puzzle games, and snuffle mats.

Availability
I work from home and have a flexible schedule that can accommodate walks, drop in visits, and day care. I am also routinely free on the weekends. I take my own puppy outside every 2 hours so I am very familiar with high-maintenance potty and play breaks!
