I owned a shih tzu growing up and my boyfriend and I got a chocolate lab together last year. My boyfriend moved to DC this summer with the dog, so I am very much in need of some puppy love in the meantime. I'm a great communicator and I will update you as often as you'd like on your dog's status. My typical routine for pet care is letting them out to go to the bathroom as often as they need to, taking them on at least 3 walks a day, taking them to the dog park (I live very close to Centennial Park), feeding them twice a day, and taking them to get a fun treat here and there. I'm a college student so I'm pretty much available at all hours of the day. I have class from 10am-12pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and 11am-2:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but otherwise I am free to take care of doggies! I live in a large 3 bedroom off campus apartment that has two floors. The apartment complex has a courtyard with grass and is dog friendly. My roommate might be present while I care for the dog, but she is very excited about the possibility of a dog being around! What sets me apart from other sitters is that I will truly treat your dog like it's my own. I also have a dogstagram and can take instagram worthy pictures of your pup while you're away!
