Pet care experience
I have been dog/cat sitting for friends and family for about 10 years now. I have been on Rover for a few years and have met some amazing fur babies. I love animals to pieces and I take pride in taking good care of any animal that has been in my care. I’m a very quick learner and I am totally up for a challenge. I love them all, big or small! I have never had any complaints from the owner or the pets :D With me you’ll get a responsible, loving and nurturing sitter. I will always do my best to keep you and your furry friends happy and safe :) Please ask me any questions. I am totally open and honest with any questions that you may have. I understand the nervousness that you as an owner may feel in leaving your loved one with a complete stranger.

A friend of mine recommended Delia. She cared for my cat Crumb in her home for a few days while I dealt with a family emergency. I knew she was a good fit when Crumb responded sweetly to her during our first meeting. When I came to pick him up, he looked happy and spoiled, a total purr machine. I appreciated the photos every day. It made me feel so much better being away from my baby during a stressful situation. I would highly recommend her services!

Information Delia V. would like to know about your pet
To ensure we are a good fit, I would like to know if your animal has any special needs, special diets or any behaviour issues. I don’t have a preference for breeds because, in my mind, they are all gorgeous creatures. I don’t have much experience with large, giant breeds, but I’m willing to try it if you’re willing to give me a shot.
A typical day
We will go for a walk, car ride, play with toys or veg out. Whatever works for your animal, I am happy to do :) I offer one 30-minute walk daily as long as the weather is decent and your pet is leash-trained. Any additional walks will cost extra :)

Availability
I am currently a full-time student at RDP. I have practicum on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 to 4:30 pm, and the rest of the weekdays, I have morning classes. I work part-time with individuals with disabilities, but I can pick and choose the shifts that work for my schedule! I will officially be done with school in April! *Please note that if your pet can't be alone for more than four hours, that will fall into my constant care price, which is an additional $50 on top of my regular fee.
