Pet care experience
I have had dogs in my family all of my life! I love them all, and we connect quickly. I have experience with puppies, small dogs like Chihuahuas and Dachshunds to large Pitt-Mastiffs. I have experience with puppies to senior dogs and dogs with special needs from seizures to fear of thunder to incontinence, and husbandry work with a dog post spinal surgery (help walking with a body harness, physical therapy). Dogs can tell right away that I love being around them, and we build trust quickly. I will take care of your pet as I would my own. I have more than six years' experience administering oral medications, and I have delivered injections for kidney failure treatmentz. I’m great with cats, too! In my household, I've been known to have an "entourage" of several pets following me around all day. My dogs and cats have been my “shadow” most days. I'm available every day over the summer except for a short vacation and will update my availability in September.

Delene is a wonderfully loving and kind caregiver. She cares for all living things as well as the environment, and goes above and beyond to meet your pet’s needs. She has taken very good care of my dog Jäger (as well as my guinea pigs) and was easily able to follow his schedule and routines. She is also a dog rescuer and has taken in many pups over the years, nursing them back to health when no one else would. Delene has a heart of gold and I’d trust her with all of my pets!
Delete was great with my very shy and temperamental cat. She was patient with him when he hid and always made sure he was comfortable and happily fed and well cared for. I highly recommend her!
