Pet care experience
I’ve spent my entire life around dogs. Growing up, I quickly became one of the primary caregivers for my own pups and was known as the resident dog-sitter around the neighborhood. I was the first person called when a neighbor needed someone to watch their dog. I care deeply for animals and have taken the time to research and understand basic dog behavior and communication. Being around animal makes me genuinely so happy and excited. I have experience taking care of dogs of all ages, including puppies and elderly dogs.

Delaney was so great! Our golden mix has a lot of anxiety and needed someone with patience who could give her some extra care, and Delaney delivered! We also have an older spaniel who is on a daily medication regimen and I felt comfortable knowing that was all administered while we were away. Delaney was also very flexible, trustworthy, open, helpful, and considerate in many ways. She even went above and beyond and left our home exceptionally clean upon return… a great thing to come home to! 20 out of 10 would recommend ;)
Delaney was the best!!! She took such great care of my kitty and my home was spotless when I came home. I got pictures and updates all week while I was gone and my normally skittish and nervous cat was very relaxed and happy! Can’t thank you enough, Delaney!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Delaney provided excellent, attentive care to my lil’ girl Juno. Juno has pretty significant separation anxiety and a medication schedule, but Delaney was able to provide such a warm, fun and comforting environment for her while we were gone. She kept the apartment spotless (even cleaner than we left it!), gave Juno good exercise, and kept us feeling in the loop/connected through her consistent updates. I will definitely be booking with her again, she just has such a way with our pets!!
Delaney has watched my 3 year old terrier mix, Mochi, a bunch of. times, and is my most trusted dog-sitter! She always gives him so much love and attention and I can always tell he's been super well-cared for when I get back - he even seems bummed that *she's* gone afterwards :) Mochi is very people- and dog-reactive which can be a bit of a hassle on walks, but Delaney does a great job at calming him down and recognizing his triggers, too. I can't recommend her enough!

I love finding creative ways to engage pets. Whether it’s crafting a sniff mat, playing tug o war, or keep away, I will be intentional about making sure your pet has fun and feels respected and cared for! I love going on walks and exploring new neighborhoods, so hopefully your pup knows some good spots and if not…I’ve got it covered:)

Availability
I currently work 5 days of the week, but usually in short shifts during the day, so I will have plenty of one-on-one time to care for your pup’s needs. On my days off, I’m happy to spend most of all day with your baby (or babies).
