Pet care experience
I’m always willing to engage with people and their animals! This summer, I want to go on more adventures, and be more outside with great dogs. I’m also excited about getting to know my community! Currently, I live with a 10 year old corgi with a big personality. She loves her social and energetic time, but needs her rest and relaxation. I am sensitive to a dogs needs, and will take full responsibility for their well being. I want to make sure they are comfortable while you are away, and send updates whenever possible. I’m a firm believer in staying within the owner’s and the dog’s comfort zone. I do have a tendency to spoil pups, but of course I will follow guidelines and strict precautions for your best friend.

She has experience as a responsible pet owner herself to cats, including a geriatric cat and of course, a lovely dog. No hesitations in recommending Delaney!
Delaney has been an animal lover her entire life. From cats, to dogs, rats to hamsters, she has always had animals around her. She is intuitive, caring, attentive, responsible and loving toward animals. She would make an exceptional care giver to any animal, including dogs. Just recently she rescued a hummingbird off the sidewalk in Kirkland. She lovingly cared for it until a wildlife shelter had room for it. I am sure "Curtis" survived his ordeal and is now flying around happily thanks to Delaney's efforts.

I am in love with all breeds and ages of dogs. I would love to get to know your dog better before a sitting visit if possible. Is the dog food or territorially aggressive towards other dogs or people? Can they handle extra exercise or prefer to play in the backyard for not too long?

I absolutely love engaging dogs in fun play time, fetch and chase play, and overall have neighborhood walks where we both enjoy the outdoors.
