Dejah is great! She took care of my cat, Kiwi while I was away for 10 days. Dejah was kind and patient while she got to know Kiwi and I well and how Kiwi needs to be taken care of. Dejah is proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented; she kept me on top of Kiwi's well-being, shared pictures and let me know when I needed to order more food for Kiwi. Kiwi warmed up to Dejah that she eventually started to sit on Dejah's lap! That's a big sign that my Kiwi was comfortable. I definitely recommend Dejah and look forward to working with her again soon.
Dejah was super good with my cats!! They all came out, even my skittish one was out and about and would be there for each meal time. There were a few mistakes with feeding dog food one visit, however, it was a super last minute booking and Dejah was very open to feedback and totally flexible and in the end it did not impact my cats at all. Dejah was super open to the odd things we do for our cats too like feeding them wet/dry together sometimes and adding chicken hearts to dinner. The weekend went off without a hitch. Dejah fed them and did the litter! I am súper appreciative and thankful. I cannot thank them enough for being so available last minute and flexible!
Dejah provided good updates and pictures of our cats while we were away. She was able to go early in the morning so our cats could have a similar feeding schedule while we were gone.
