Pet care experience
Long time dog lover/owner of dogs of all sizes and breeds! I have full time availability and would love to care for your furry friends! I am a software engineer based in Long Island, NY. I grew up with shih tzus and golden retrievers so I have experience dealing with dogs of all sizes and personalities! I have a fenced acre of property with tons of rooms for your dog to run around! I currently have a golden retriever and a beagle/shepherd mix (both neutered/spayed). They are super sweet and friendly! I have experience dog walking, sitting, and drop in visits. I take my work very seriously and I value having the complete trust of the dog owners I work for. I am happy to answer any questions you have about myself and my experience! I work remotely at home so I will be around them all day! I have full availability because of this. I am coding at my desk all day so I have an eye and ear out for them at all times. I always discuss with the owner the dog's typical routine so that they feel as comfortable as possible while they leave their dogs with me. I feed, exercise, play, and even bathe them if necessary.

Our dogs are truly a part of our family. So, it was of utmost importance that we find someone we could trust with their care while we went away and Deirdre was just that person. She was responsive and professional from start to finish. She also made sure to give us daily updates and photos, confirming our dogs were in the best hands and living their best lives! I highly recommend her and will absolutely be using her again.
Dierdre was excellent. She showed up on time, took care of Charlie and always provided feedback to us.
We left Cleo, our somewhat timid golden doodle with Deirdre and she was awesome. She sent photos of her and let us know how things were going through out the day. We would use Deirdre again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs to have their dog well taken care of.

A typical day
I have tons of dog toys and a huge backyard so there are lots of ways to play with them outdoors. I also live in a large home so we can play inside if the weather is inclimate and I live in a development that is great for walking dogs!
