There is plenty of yard space and grassy area here, and lots of places to walk. Although it’s not fenced in, I will keep the dog or cat leashed when outside. Pets will be allowed on furniture unless instructed otherwise, and pets can also be crated if needed.

I am currently a college student so I do have classes, but I am never gone from my place for more than hour or two at the most. I am free for the majority of the weekends.
