I walk/run with my dogs, play with the cats. We have a fenced in yard for the dogs and the cats are inside only. I don't let the dogs go out unless I'm there with them.

I'm retired, I travel to other states to run marathons, so I have times I cannot sit, but mostly availabe any time. I am very flexible.
