I am semi retired which affords me the luxury of a flexible schedule. I would embrace the opportunity to share my love for our canine companions (felines too!) in the comfort of their own home. Be do not let the semi retired status fool you, I am in good shape and have plenty of energy. I have completed 60+ credits as student of veterinary technology. While attending, I helped care for dozens of shelter animals. I have handled breeds from Chihuahua to Newfoundland. I have learned a multitude of skills in my first few semesters. These skills include nail trim and ear cleaning, taking vitals and blood draws, running bloodwork and fecal exams, charting and kennel cleaning, and of course walking and dootie duty.
