Pet care experience
I am a true dog lover. I have been dog sitting for almost two years, and my family had a dog when I was growing up. I miss him immensely and hope to have my own dog in the next few of years. Your dog is more than welcome to have the run of my apartment, and if she or he wants to sit on the couch or lie on the bed, no problem. I enjoy going for walks and am confident having a dog on leash in any urban environment, or even off leash if permitted. I welcome pups of all ages, including very young puppies and ‘super seniors.’ There will be no shortage of pats and cuddles at my place, so please get in touch! Please note that I only offer drop off and pick up in Vancouver.

Deborah is great, couldn’t recommend her more! We left our 95lbs mixed breed with her for the first time for a 3 night stay and I was a little nervous as he’d never stayed with a boarder before. Deborah sent me pictures and updates during our trip, and when she dropped him off he was so happy and absolutely exhausted! I appreciate that she chatted with me at the end of the stay about what they did and how he behaved, and it’s clear that Wally felt comfortable and well taken care of with her. Definitely 5 stars!
Deborah treated Cash as though he was her own dog. I received updates and pictures daily and Cash was so happy when I returned that I think he would have been equally happy to stay with Deborah than come back home with me! My dog is what I would describe as reactive and Deborah was extremely accommodating to his needs. It was such a relief to know that Cash was in the best care possible. I am so thankful I have found a dog sitter I trust - thank you again Deborah!
I was nervous about leaving our sweet Belle with a stranger, but right away when I met Deborah during our meet-up, I felt reassured. She made me feel comfortable leaving Belle with her; she was asking the right questions and Belle liked her right away! Belle can be shy and reactive; Deborah has experience with this type of dog and it showed. I knew right away Belle would feel good with her. Deborah was extremely accommodating when it came meet-ups and logistics. She sent pictures and updates during Belle's stay which was nice. Deborah took excellent care of our 80lbs baby, Goose. At our Meet n' Greet, she asked important questions and immediately made us feel comfortable leaving Goose in her care. During his stay, she gave us frequent updates with pictures and Goose came back a happy and exhausted pup. We'll definitely be using Deborah again and would recommend her to anyone needing a sitter for their pup.
