Pet care experience
Have had pets many years, but do not currently have a dog or cat (except the three neighborhood cats who visit frequently for treats) :). Will admit that I have a special affection for pugs and have been known to chase people down the street so I can pet theirs when I see them outside. I am reliable and will treat your pets with great care and give them lots of attention and affection. Would love to meet you and your pets to see whether we are a good fit.

As always, Deborah was amazing. Makoa loves staying with her and always comes home so happy. The daily pictures and updates always put my mind at ease knowing that makoa feels that he can be his usual self with Deborah.
I enjoyed my trip knowing that Emma would be able to enjoy her time with Deborah on walks and playing. Deborah sent photos and kept me informed on how Emma was doing. It was the first time Emma stayed with Deborah. We’ll be back again.
Deborah did a wonderful job taking care of our Max and Lucy. One of our dogs, Max, unexpectedly had to go to the emergency room and Deborah went above and beyond to ensure that she received great care with the vets. She was very communicative with us and sent updates and photos every day, treating our dogs as if they were her own. Even in unideal circumstances, we are so grateful that Deborah and her partner were the ones taking care of our dogs. We unfortunately had to cut our vacation short and pick up the dogs early, but even then Deborah acts with integrity and offered us a refund on the days she would not be looking after them. Highly recommend Deborah as a sitter. We hope to have her as our regular when we go out of town because our dogs have come to really love her. Thank you so much Deborah!!
Deborah is amazing! Makoa always feels right at home- so at home in fact that his silly 'chase me' behaviors come out as do the 'I'm not walking in the rain today' refusals. Glad to know that my pupper always receives great care!

My yard is partially fenced, but I would not leave a dog in the yard unattended. I have a post I can tie them to with a long lead if I'm outside working so they can have plenty of company if I'm outdoors. I would not leave them alone outside ever.

I have experience giving eye drops and oral medication to dogs. Have not given injections, but would be open to learning if needed. Do not know first aid or CPR.
A typical day
I walk every day for exercise anywhere from 3-5 miles per day. There is a beautiful park nearby and that is always a destination during my walk.

I am retired and can board your dogs most days with some notice. Walking is my main form of exercise and there is a wonderful park nearby so dogs that enjoy walks will get plenty of exercise.
