I have two career-related passions: childcare and dog care, and I have been blessed in my working and home life to be involved in both of these areas full time. Other than running my own housecleaning business, I have been working with kids and dogs professionally for the last 20 years. For the last 9 years, I have been teaching toddlers at a local preschool- and loving it. I have owned dogs and other animals for my entire life of 50-something (ok, maybe 60-something!) years. Since childhood, I have felt a connection with animals. My brother tells stories about me as a 6-year-old bringing home the neighborhood stray dogs and cats. He claims that because I was the only daughter, I got away with everything, including running an animal rescue in our house. Anyways, with my caring nature, it only made sense to add them into my work life. I have been pet-sitting independently for at least 20 years now. I have numerous repeat clients who can provide you with glowing references, vouching for my high level of care and experience. Booking: My schedule is wide open, and I am available for walks, feedings, medication administering, general loving & play time, and overnight care. I love all dogs and do not discriminate based on doggy age, breed, or medical issues. I have experience with caring for young, elderly, big, and small dogs, as well as dogs who need more intensive care due to health complications.
