Pet care experience
I have had a wide variety of pets my entire life. Currently I have 2 dogs ( lab mix and Great Dane) and an African gray parrot. I also have 9 chickens. I don’t have availability every day but I know how hard it is to get help as a working person. I’m willing to help!

Deborah took great care of my young beagle while I was in town for a wedding. I was able to book early and she communicated with me well before and during her stay.
Deborah was absolutely amazing with my two dogs. She is kind and courteous. She treated my pets as if they were her own. She sent several pictures of our dogs enjoying time outdoors with her dogs. I will definitely be using her for future stays.
Deborah could not have been more helpful taking care of our three dogs. She was timely, communicated well and we felt confident they were well taken care of. We will us her again for sure!!
I have known Deb for more than 15 years, She has always had dogs in her home. We were roommates for 8 years and rescued 5 dogs. learning knowing and above all loving dogs is something she does very well. The dogs in her home are very balanced and able to be pack dogs with mot other dogs. They are able to be supportive and welcoming to other dogs. Her home will be a great haven for any dog needing to stay for a while.

I am comfortable with special needs dogs. I can administer medications both orally or injections. I have personally had experience with Addison’s disease and Degenerative myelopathy
A typical day
I enjoy spending time out in the yard with my dogs. They like to play fetch and explore. My lab mix loves to run with me. She has run up to 10 miles with me. The Kal Haven trail is one of my favorite places to walk and run

Availability
I work full time in healthcare but my days and hours are highly variable. I have my schedule several months in advance so I am able to schedule fairly easy.
