I used Deborah for dog boarding and couldn’t be happier with her service! She accepted my dog on very short notice for a week of care. I got daily updates/photographs of my Lily, so I always had peace of mind. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to others!

I am so happy to have found Deborah to care for my sweet little dog. She focuses on only small dogs which is best for my little. It is always hard to leave your beloved pet with someone, but I feel much more peace of mind knowing he’s with Deborah.

I am so grateful that I found Deborah, who was able to board my dog George on short notice when I was called out of
town last minute for work. She's an incredibly knowledgeable and caring dog sitter. My dog George is elderly and on heart medication, which was no problem at all as Deborah has worked with many other older, special needs animals. When my dog had difficulty adjusting to his new surroundings, she ...

Dogs love me because I "speak" their language. All dogs, young and old, see me as the Alpha. This quality gives them a sense of calm, safety and security. It is my job as their part time Alpha to always protect them. That's the main role of the Alpha. Your dog will be with me or my assistant/husband during the day. We don't kennel the dogs in our care unless the dog is happier in ...

What Deborah would like to know about your dog

I must stress I do not take dogs over 30 pounds as I already have an established daycare for small dogs and some only weigh 3 lbs. If your dog is more than 30 pounds, there are many really good sitters on this site who are more equipped and situated to take your bigger dog. I would prefer to have a meet and greet to get to know the family and be able to ask more specific questions and you can ask me questions too. Please note: I only accept pets that are spayed or neutered.
In addition, I use many alternative methods to create calm in your pet and the pack, from acupressure and essential oils to sound therapy and specific walking movements, To create a calm, safe and inviting atmosphere of your pet is our primary goals.

When Deborah watches your pet

I like to take dogs for walks at parks to help them develop good pack skills, if I don't have a large crowd. I play with your dog and he/she will find friends here too.
